Multitone Further Enhances its Strategic Partner Alliance Programme with Azzurri Communications

Partnership Provides Cost-Savings and Efficiencies for its Customers
Released: 7th October 2013
Publisher: MCC International

Multitone, communication systems for critical communications today announces that Azzurri Communications, the UK’s leading independent provider of managed communications services, has become a Multitone strategic partner, further enhancing its strategic partner alliance programme. This partnership signifies a shared vision of innovation and the adoption of new technology to improve service delivery to the clients.

Director of Strategic Partnerships at Multitone, Peter Lomax explains, “Working with Azzurri we are able to share its range of capabilities to develop a co-operative shared platform. We are extremely excited about the developments in our partner community and look forward to seeing how these enhancements of our strategic partner alliance will develop, continuing to commit to delivering the best critical communication systems, driving our joint success to the next level.”

Multitone and Azzurri have worked on a number of joint installations; the alliance signifies improved service delivery to the end users, providing a one stop shop for support with integrated systems and managed services.

Product Marketing Director for Azzurri, David Groves  explains: “With their bleepers, mobile phones, desk phones, and even tablets, clinicians are juggling with too many devices. This results in superfluous devices which duplicate costs for the hospital and add unnecessary levels of complexity for its staff. All hospitals wish to save money and improve operational efficiency by consolidating the number of devices they use. But they can only do this if the infrastructure exists for staff to access all of the information they need from one device, ideally their smartphone or tablet. Our partnership with Multitone enables hospitals to achieve just this. By combining Multitone’s messaging applications with Azzurri’s unified network infrastructure, we can enable hospitals to deliver on the vision of the single device environment so they can deliver improved patient care.”

Peter Lomax concludes, “We are very excited to confirm the alliance with Azzurri. We have a new opportunity to play an important role in the delivery of critical communications across other key vertical sectors through our partnership with Azzurri, further enhancing our reputation as a trusted provider of critical communications.
