Business software solutions provider, m-hance, is a finalist in the North West Finance Awards in the Credit Team of the Year category. m-hance has been shortlisted for its effective accounts receivable management which has seen the company reduce its days sales outstanding by 26 per cent over a period of just nine months (with the aid of Credit Hound’s technology). The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony held at the Reebok Stadium on 26th September 2013.
Now in their fourth year, the North West Finance Awards recognise excellence and achievement at all levels in the accounting and finance sector throughout the North West region. This year’s awards are expected to attract 600 attendees from over 70 companies across many businesses including retail, service, manufacturing, professional services and public sectors.
Mark Thompson, CEO of m-hance, says, “As a relatively new finance team this is a notable achievement for us to reach the final of these respected industry awards. By providing consistent communication our credit control department has strengthened relationships with our internal and external customers. This has enabled us to improve our quality of service and significantly reduce days sales outstanding to accelerate our order-to-cash cycle.”
m-hance is recognised as one of the fastest growing technology firms in the UK after it achieved a compounded annual growth rate of 89 per cent over the three year period ending 2012. The company provides financial management and customer relationship solutions which are complemented by an innovative range of integrated cloud, mobile and social applications. These solutions enable m-hance’s 2,000+ customers worldwide to gain efficiency savings, boost productivity and improve their competitive advantage.
Thompson comments, “The cornerstone of m-hance’s success has been formed through our ability to remain agile, focused and profitable by reducing our exposure to bad debt. By increasing cash flow and tightening lines of communication we have been able to quickly develop new and innovative products that provide a rapid return on investment. This is helping to drive impressive growth for our business and in turn for our customers.”
