EXMOUTH, August 3rd 2010 - Digita, part of the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters has announced that is has strengthened its Client Services team with new appointments from the Big 4 - a move that further enhances its support to the profession.
The announcement comes at a time when practices are preparing for the introduction of mandatory iXBRL compliance in April 2011 and are likely to take the opportunity to review their software needs and possibly switch software suppliers. Professional assistance in managing the transition and the migration of data will be an important consideration for those embarking on this course of action along with a reliable post-implementation support service.
The new members of the Client Services team, who look after both day-to-day support issues and implementation planning and consultancy, are based in Exmouth and London. Each new appointee has years of experience and breadth of professional knowledge relating to a wide range of tax and accounting issues.

The company currently employs 16 support staff - out of a total staff of 100 and 14 specialist software testers to ensure that software is thoroughly tested before it is shipped.
