hardware industries, MacFarland has held a variety of executive leadership
roles for MASERGY, PAETEC Holdings, McLeodUSA, BroadSoft, Allegiance Telecom,
Verio and CompuNet. He also serves on the board of directors for Access Media 3
as an independent director.
Rob Bodnar has served as chief financial officer since 2005, steering the company through
continuous top-line and EBITDA growth, achieving a cash-flow positive balance
sheet and eliminating all debt. The company attained this financial success during the
current global economic downturn, while maintaining employee levels, improving
employee benefits, expanding capital investment and growing the customer base.

Bodnar served as vice president and CFO at Covaro Networks, where he was
responsible for the financial, legal, human resources and administrative
functions of the company. Covaro's operations were sold to ADVA Optical
Networking in early 2006. Bodnar also worked in a variety of senior financial
and accounting positions at Metera Networks, Spaghetti Warehouse restaurants
