Sunrise Software showcases latest Sostenuto portfolio at Service Desk & IT Support Show

Chessington, 11 April, 2013 - UK-headquartered service management company Sunrise Software will showcase the latest addition to the company’s flagship product portfolio Sostenuto on stand 200 at this year’s Service Desk & IT Support Show between 23rd-24th April at Earl’s Court in London.  Visitors to the event will have an exclusive preview of Sostenuto 4.5 ahead of its official launch and general availability in June 2013.  Sunrise Software’s latest innovation offers Service Desk Managers a series of advanced features including a brand new User Interface (UI) that connects via the Internet to any device at any location and gamification functionality to improve and reward exceptional team performance.

Another major highlight is Sunrise Software’s ‘Five a Day’ approach to maximising the performance of today’s Service Desk environment.  Speaker sessions, running every 30 minutes between 10am and 4pm each day of the show, will outline how to apply the company’s proven five-step methodology that promises to improve productivity, boost team morale and save costs. The elements within ‘Five a Day’ include:
