News Release

Optimal Payments' NETELLER eWallet secures a further crop of online FX merchants

Speed, security and flexibility for traders to move money
Released: 28th March 2011
Publisher: Optimal Payments

Optimal Payments Plc (LSE: OPAY), the leading alternative payments business, announces its continued expansion into the lucrative online foreign exchange (FX) and commodity market with five new contract wins for its NETELLER eWallet.

To attract more trading customers in this fast-paced, high volume market, online FX merchants need to offer a greater freedom of choice by providing alternative payment types to get money to and from their sites including eWallets.

All of the merchants announced today will be offering their customers Optimal Payments’ award winning NETELLER eWallet. These merchants are Atlas FX, FX Central Clearing (fxcc), Pan-Index, Regent Markets and Trading Point.

So that traders can tap into the best deals immediately, they want to move money in and out of their trading accounts within seconds not hours. Using NETELLER gives them the speed they require with the highest levels of security, and at low cost.

The NETELLER eWallet is particularly good for the online FX market because of its flexibility. It allows traders to move large volumes of cash between sites as they look for the best rates. NETELLER members can also use the award-winning embedded Net+ card to access their cash. The card allows for instant access to funds in the NETELLER account at over 27 million retail point-of-sale or ATM locations worldwide.

Dan Starr, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Optimal Payments said: “Online FX traders need to move funds quickly and without risk. We have the leading eWallet in the industry, so it’s no wonder we are seeing new merchants joining us.”

The five new merchants join the list of existing online FX and commodity merchants that use NETELLER, including: Avafx, Finexo, Forex Club, Forex Place, FXPro, Fxpulp, GDbrokers, GNUTrade, Goforex, Hotforex, IC Market, IronForex, RetailFX, TradeFX, United World Capital and VirWox.
