Konetic Signals Strategic Growth Intentions with Launch of Fast-to-Install e-Recruitment System

Konetic Active makes its debut at HR Tech Europe 2013
Released: 24th October 2013
Publisher: Konetic

London, 24th October 2013 - Konetic will be unveiling Konetic Active for the first time at HR Tech Europe 2013, Amsterdam (24 – 25th October). Built on the former RecruitActive platform, but completely restyled and updated by Konetic, the SaaS solution will enable HR teams to build their own portals to manage all stages of the recruitment process from initial vacancy approval through to offer-generation and referencing. The solution can be easily and quickly configured without specialist technical knowledge, so helping to reduce cost per hire while still ensuring that all candidates enjoy a positive experience.

The launch follows Konetic’s acquisition of RecruitActive earlier this year and signals its plans for strategic growth into new areas of the e-recruitment software market. As well as providing an affordable solution for any business which hires 20-30 new staff every year, Konetic Active offers a compelling opportunity for technology vendors and systems integrators needing to fill an eRecruitment gap in their best-of-breed solution and it can be white-labelled if appropriate.

Many corporate and government organisations already manage high-volumes of applicants for their graduate or other large recruitment programmes with Konetic Recruit. For example, Konetic has recently won a major five-year contract to work with Deloitte to deliver a recruitment system for postgraduate speciality medical and dental training for Health Education England (HEE).

Paul Finch, managing director says: “Konetic Active is aimed at more vacancy-centric recruitment and will enable HR teams to manage all stages of the recruitment process themselves. We believe this latest addition to our product family will show that we can cover all types of recruitment needs. Already one of our large blue-chip Konetic Recruit customers has expressed strong interest in integrating the two solutions to combine large recruitment programme management with a self-managed system for more ad-hoc vacancies.”

Konetic Active features a renewed easy-to-use interface a new communications module which enables candidates to monitor the progress of their application. Existing RecruitActive customers will benefit from new higher levels of security as data is migrated to Konetic’s prime London data centre in line with the company’s work towards ISO27001.
