New cloud computing entrant, Skemaz™ announced a January 2014 launch date for its free retail merchandising cloud service that aims to provide the retail industry with a revolutionary social media platform. In connecting to the service, providers and clients in need of retail merchandising services will be able to eliminate many of the existing barriers, costs and frustrations created by existing de-facto proprietary software options.
Merchandising services organizations, brokerage companies and consumer packaged goods manufacturers will receive real-time product performance KPI reports across their chosen markets. CEO Mark Runge claimed that “the advantage of using our social platform is time and cost savings through resource optimisation which is achieved by having visibility, availability and confidence in appointing the right merchandisers armed with the right software in the right location to suit project budgets”.
The initial ‘social’ deliverable is to facilitate the creation of connected networks in the retail supply chain even down to consumer input. “The solution has a minimal learning curve, is intuitively simple, social and scalable and is definitely described as a game changer in an industry that is still shackled to expensive, overly complex software” says Runge.
Skemaz™ is open for registration applications at www.skemaz.net ahead of their January 2014 launch with availability on a first-come first-served basis. Contact the office on +1 562 219 3533 for more product information.
Runge has been living and breathing merchandising software across the USA, Australia and New Zealand for many years prior to taking the helm at Skemaz™. “This is my passion and I’m looking forward to helping this industry grow in ways never seen before,” says Runge.
