The first of this three-day Purchase-to-Pay automation event is to be kick started with an expert led seminar tailored for users of all leading finance systems, to name a few: Coda, Agresso, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, Cedar & Lawson. Industry experts are set to discuss and demonstrate the various processing steps for supplier invoices; including capture, data extraction, validation, invoice cleaning, automated workflows/approvals and seamless integration for all leading finance systems. On the day guest speaker Scott Blackwell, financial accountant for Colas, will discuss his experiences in implementing a purchase-to-pay automation project from beginning to end, including the stages of market evaluation, “I thought of how I am always interested in how other businesses use software, to try and make sure that we get the most out of our investment and to shorten our learning curve by cherry picking from their ideas and experiences, and now the time has come to give into the process instead of just taking”.

Oracle Seminar, 17th October 2013. Guest Speaker - Network Rail

For this Oracle specific seminar, Oracle Application Project Specialist, Andrew Newman, has agreed to share the lessons learnt following Network Rail’s successful Purchase-to-Pay automation project.
