- Three million seats of Workspace Management solutions rolled out - Investment in IT usage analytics pays off
During the last fiscal year, Centrix Software has established itself as the leading Workspace Management provider, and continues to build the company through a record breaking 400 per cent revenue growth, major new contracts in the public sector and strategic partnerships within the IT industry.
Over the last 12 months Centrix Software has more than doubled its number of customers as usage becomes recognised as a unique and compelling value generator. The demand for workspace analytics, profiling and next generation workspace delivery platforms have all contributed to generating this outstanding growth. The cloud-based SaaS platform enables customers, including Salford NHS Foundation Trust, to go live within hours of contract signature, accelerating ease and time to value even further.
Expansion in Germany, with key customer wins supported by partner Revacom, and take up of Workspace Management products by global systems integrators, such as BT Engage, and their customers, fuels rapid adoption across organisations with tens of thousands of devices in use.
Since the launch of WorkSpace iQ™, Centrix Software’s workspace profiling and analytics solution, and WorkSpace Universal, its end-user workspace portal which enables a single point of access and enterprise app store to all corporate applications regardless of device, they have been rolled out to over three million seats. Customers include FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, plus major government institutions.
Centrix Software’s most recent launch, in June 2013, has been the Usage Intelligence Management Pack™, which enhances Microsoft® System Center 2012 Configuration Manager with in-depth usage analytics from Centrix Software’s WorkSpace iQ™. Detailed usage analytics for all applications and devices are now available directly in Configuration Manager, including software applications not currently under Configuration Manager management. Customers can now fully automate the allocation of application self-service, provisioning and de-provisioning by tracking, managing and removing unnecessary applications and therefore costs directly linked to employees’ actual usage.
Furthermore, to support its ongoing growth, the company continues to increase investment and attract major talent in marketing, product development and engineering, with the hiring of new department heads; Marketing Director Marina Stedman, Head of Services and Support David Follant and Head of Engineering Steve Coates.
